By accessing or using RiderCoachConnect (the "Service"), operated by Liveflatout LLC and KH Sporthorses LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RiderCoachConnect is a reflective training journal and coaching feedback platform for equestrian riders and their trainers. The Service allows students to log rides, set goals, and receive feedback from trainers. It is not a booking, scheduling, or veterinary service.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Student accounts require a trainer invitation. Trainer accounts may be created independently. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (ride entries, photos, videos, notes, and posts). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user content and reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The Service facilitates communication between students and trainers but does not verify trainer credentials, certifications, or qualifications. We are not responsible for the quality of training advice or feedback provided through the Service. Any training relationship is solely between the student and trainer.
Equestrian activities involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. The Service provides a platform for logging and reflecting on riding activities, but does not provide medical, veterinary, or professional riding instruction. You participate in equestrian activities at your own risk.
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Liveflatout LLC and KH Sporthorses LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liveflatout LLC and KH Sporthorses LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
